We had the pleasure to interview a member of this year's Ensemble, Danielle Titus, at the Azure Lorica FanFilm Awards 2022. She read Jurassic Legacy: The Green Flames of Isla Nublar, by J. Quinzelle.

As an Actress, her experience has been an inspiration for those continuing their craft in Los Angeles, CA - she had the following to say:

Tell us about yourself?

Hi! I'm coming at you from Los Angeles, where I've lived for 8 years with my husband, and way too many houseplants. I'm a classical pianist by training and have crossed over into acting recently and am loving (most) every minute!

Fun Fact: When I see a doggo on the street, I will almost always go out of my way to pet it.

Why Should People Be Actors?

If you wanna be an actor my biggest advice is DO IT! There's space for you, no matter how tall you are or how you walk or what your nose looks like! We are a funny group of people who imagine and play and create worlds to invite people into.

You wanna be a monster? Let's get you into prosthetics! You wanna get in fake fights for a living? Here's our stunt group! You wanna do high school over again but this time actually enjoy prom? Wardrobe will get you back in that tux or dress!

The industry is filled with people who love their jobs; that's the only way you make it through the long filming days and still get up to do it all again. When you step on set you join a team of people who all want the same thing: to make the best project ever. Sure, there's grit and determination required; but when you sit back and realize you GET to share stories with people for a job....well that makes it all worth it.

I can think of times when I was really lonely and tuning into my favorite TV show felt like being with dear friends. If I can one day be that friend for someone, that would just make me the happiest girl. So, if any of this is stirring your heart, and you're wondering if you wanna try acting out, come on over; we'll be glad to have you.
